People often laugh when they hear me say "I can't stand lawyers." They think I am joking - but I am not. One of the things that bothers me most is when I see lawyers taking advantage of their own clients. People come to lawyers, often in their most desperate hours, looking for help. When lawyers exploit this vulnerability in a way to enrich the lawyer it is deeply troubling. You can trust that I will always give the best advice I can - even if that advice means my services may not be needed.
Estate Planning With a Focus to Avoid Litigation
Attorney Wente is a former criminal law litigator which is, arguably, the most intense litigation legal field there is. However, we believe that a huge part of competent and efficient representation MUST BE focused on trying to reduce, and hopefully eliminate, litigation in client matters. Our objective is to start our client's representation by forecasting potential litigation pitfalls and work to reduce that risk. Avoiding litigation is important in both estate planning and probate matters.

Besides being a lawyer since 2008, Attorney Wente is also a mortgage loan officer. As we've mentioned before, our goal is to provide our clients with an unrivaled level of customer service.
